Processing & Shipping Time:
We aim to process orders within 1-3 business days, and shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. International orders may take longer due to customs. While we work to ship orders as quickly as possible, some delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Delivered but Not Received:
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact your shipping provider first. If they are unable to locate it, please reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.
Tracking Information:
Once your order is processed and scanned, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information will be updated within 24 hours after the carrier scans your package. If you don't receive a tracking email, please contact Customer Support.
Address Correction:
Need to correct your shipping address? Contact Customer Support as soon as possible to make the change.
Undeliverable Orders:
If your order is flagged due to an undeliverable address, we will reach out to update your shipping details. Once reshipped, a new tracking number will be provided.
