Refund policy

Cloud 9 Refund/Return Policy

Refunds:
All sales are final and in US Dollars. We do not offer refunds. Once your order is placed, your contest entries are automatically submitted to our sweepstakes system, and we cannot alter or cancel them.


Exchanges:
We gladly accept exchanges. Any item you wish to exchange must be in new, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition. You are responsible for shipping the product back to Cloud 9, and we will ship the exchanged item to you free of charge.

You may exchange for items of equal value or upgrade by paying the price difference. Downgrades that result in a refund are not permitted. Contest entries cannot be modified or canceled.

All exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. If you have any issues with defective merchandise, you must report them within 30 days of the purchase date for warranty replacement. After this period, Cloud 9 assumes no further liability.

To exchange an item, include a copy of the original invoice, any relevant correspondence with Customer Service, and details of the product and size you’d like in exchange. You can also email the order confirmation and item details to shop@cloud9giveaways.com.

If you receive a damaged or incorrectly shipped item, please contact Customer Support immediately.

Exchanges are subject to inspection upon receiving your merchandise.


Boxers/Socks/Underwear:
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept exchanges on boxer shorts, socks, or underwear.


Digital Products:
No refunds or cancellations on digital products. If you do not receive your digital product, please contact customer support.


Cloud 9 issues refunds to the original payment method used only if:

  • The order is canceled by Cloud 9.
  • The item(s) received are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds take 5-7 business days to process. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If a gift card was used for purchase, funds will be returned to the gift card immediately.


Returned to Sender/Refused Packages:
Cloud 9 is not liable for packages returned to us. Orders may be returned to sender for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or missing address information.
  • Carrier unable to deliver the package.
  • Customer refuses the package at delivery.

Cloud 9 is not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information at the time of purchase. Ensure all address details are accurate, including abbreviations, street numbers, and apartment/building numbers, for successful delivery.
